A years-old lawsuit between hog farmers and a nonprofit environmental organization is receiving attention again after one of the many families involved in that lawsuit filed for bankruptcy. It's prompting some in the agricultural community to rally around them, including North Carolina's Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler.
