 After more than 20 years, Sue Langdon, also known as 'Sweet Sue’, will be retiring from the North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission.  Langdon, along with her replacement, Kelly McIver on the transition, and plans for the future of North Carolina sweet potatoes:
