NC FSA: NAP insurance covers what crop insurance doesn’t

The Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program is a Farm Service Agency administered insurance program that covers most crops not covered by traditional crop insurance.  Bob Etheridge, State Director for the North Carolina Farm Service Agency says this type of insurance not only protects the producer, but the consumer as well:
