Revenues were up and expenses down at North Carolina's ports last fiscal year. During its meeting in Wilmington Thursday, the N.C. State Ports Authority's Board of Directors reviewed the financial report for 2014-15. The authority oversees the deepwater ports in Wilmington and Morehead City.
