In response to avian flu fears, ASAP cancels Farm Tour

The Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project has canceled this year’s Farm Tour, which was to take place Sept.19-20, in the wake of concerns over a highly contagious strain of bird flu. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza is a virus that infects wild birds and domestic poultry, including chickens and turkeys.
