After nine months of debate, Gov. Pat McCrory says it’s time for state lawmakers to make some decisions and go home. McCrory, in Charlotte to sign a bill requiring comprehensive insurance and background checks for drivers at Uber and other ride-share companies, afterwards met with reporters and discussed the stalemate in the General Assembly.
