Noble Cider has completed a long-planned move from Fletcher to a much-bigger spot on New Leicester Highway that includes both a production facility and a taproom. Noble has quietly opened the taproom but plans to make some noise with a grand opening Sept. 12 that will include live music, food trucks, discounts and growler fills, co-owners Lief Stevens and Trevor Baker said.
