North Carolina drought conditions relatively stable

Once again, in the latest weekly drought monitor released by the Drought Mitigation center on Thursday for conditions through Tuesday morning, North Carolina’s drought conditions remained fairly stable.  84.64% of the state is now in abnormally dry conditions up slightly from last week’s reading of 84.64%.
