2015 is the year that just keeps on giving for ag producers.  A wet, cool spring followed by dry conditions, then excessive rainfall at harvest time, and now, and early frost.  North Carolina Department of Agriculture Regional Agronomist Don Nicholson says the tobacco still in the field in his region is gone:
