Canada blames old feed for Alberta’s most recent ‘Mad Cow’ discovery

The report is not exactly comforting on that Black Angus beef cow discovered with bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) north of Edmonton, Alberta, last February. BSE is a progressive and fatal neurological disease in cattle.
