2016 NC Pork Conference

HOTEL
We've had to change our host hotel because of last-minute renovation delays at our planned hotel that only came to light this week. 

We will instead be hosting the Thursday evening Bacon Bash and the Friday morning Awards Breakfast, along with reserving
sleeping rooms, at the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree Valley.

The hotel is located at 3912 Arrow Drive, Raleigh, 27612. It is in very close proximity to the fairgrounds, Crabtree Valley Mall and our former host hotel. Click here to see the location of the Hilton Garden Inn in relation to the Marriott.

You may make overnight reservations online through the link below or call 919-703-2525 and tell them you are with the "2016 NC Pork Conference" to get the $129/night rate. The cutoff date for the reduced rate is January 23rd. 


SEMINARS
The seminars and annual meeting will be continue to be held Thursday at the Martin Building on the NC State Fairgrounds.

The physical address of the fairgrounds is 1025 Blue Ridge Road
Raleigh, NC 27607, however, the Martin Building is located off of Trinity Road at the Gate 9 entrance.

Now the WHAT...

2016 NC Pork Conference
Please plan to join us Thursday, February 4th and Friday, February 5th for the 2016 NC Pork Conference.

Registration will begin at 8:30 am on Thursday at the Martin Building, with the first seminar starting at 9:00 am. There will be a total of four OIC credit hours offered.

A complimentary lunch will be provided to conference attendees and all educational seminars are also free to attend.

The NC Pork Council will hold its annual meeting at 3:00 Thursday afternoon finalizing the agenda at the Martin Building.

The Members Only - Bacon Bash will begin at 5:30 at the Hilton Garden Inn (see location information above). Annual awards will be presented on Friday morning, at the Hilton with breakfast beginning at 8:30. Dr. Ron Prestage of Prestage Farms and current president of the National Pork Producers Council will be our guest speaker.
