Plaintiffs rest their case on 4th day of voter ID trial

It's now the state's turn in the federal trial over North Carolina's voter ID law. The plaintiffs rested their case on Thursday after nearly four days of testimony. The plaintiffs wrapped up their case with a witness who's also expected to be back for the defense.
