Great news for our economy on Tuesday as the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA's Clean Power Plan would be blocked from implementation while a lawsuit challenging the plan advances through the federal court system. Tuesday's decision is a huge victory for our economy as the Clean Power Plan would have drastically driven up energy costs for millions of Americans. Furthermore, it is yet another rebuke to President Obama's executive overreach. Coupled with the recent decisions to block the President's executive amnesty, this decision is further proof that this President has gone far beyond the powers granted to him by the Constitution.
