Critics line up against Duke Energy’s Asheville plant

Environmental and green-energy advocates are lining up against Duke Energy’s plan to build a new power plant in Asheville.
Duke has already reduced the scale of the project, which will replace coal fuel with cleaner-burning natural gas, and scrapped plans for a 45-mile power line.
