Within the throes of yet another growth spurt, Hickory Nut Gap Farm takes on the challenge of keeping winter interest on the farm. Taking full advantage of this year’s new addition of farm store, offices and certified kitchen, the local sustainable ag superpower is now offering educational classes in the new space.
