Apple prices to hold strong despite larger 2016 crop

The 2015 U.S. apple crop was driven significantly lower driven by a much smaller crop out West – down nearly 20% compared to 2014. It was due to the long window of high temperature summer days that affected yields and fruit quality in Washington State.
