It's still too early for spring planting in North Carolina

Flowers and trees are in bloom across much of North Carolina with Wednesday afternoon highs in the 80s across much of the state.  The signs are there to start your spring planting and garden, but it is still too early for that if you want to avoid a frost or freeze.
