E-cigarette study looks at age restriction and use

In 2013, North Carolina passed the age ban, making it illegal to sell e-cigarettes to people under the age of 18 years.
A recent study finds that placing an age requirement for e-cigarette purchase may increase the number of teenagers using tobacco products.
