Ray Edwards, in a word, was flummoxed. Edwards, 72, of Wade, was among the approximately 150 landowners who attended Tuesday's open house on a proposed alternate route for the interstate Atlantic Coast Pipeline through Cumberland County at the DoubleTree on Cedar Creek Road.
