After Wisconsin, the Republican nomination battle has gotten muddy and the fight over it mighty, and Republican National Committee leaders are beginning discussions over the codes of conduct for a hypothetical contested convention as front-runner Donald Trump’s chances of winning the nomination have dipped to 49 percent in betting markets.
