The Smithfield Hog Production Division announced a discharge of untreated waste at the 3508 Farm, located at 649-B Burney Town Road in Kinston on Monday.According to a press release, the farm is owned by Murphy-Brown LLC discharged 15,000 gallons of untreated wastewater from a failed recycle line on the farm.
