There aren’t many moments of levity on the Senate floor. But for the latest one, thank Sen. Lisa Murkowksi (R-Alaska).
It happened Tuesday as senators gathered for debate over an energy bill. At one point, Sens. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) and Richard Burr (R-N.C.) offered an amendment seeking to expand the genetic diversity of North Carolina’s wild horses by increasing their number.
