There are no recipes in Rien Fertel’s new barbecue book.Sure, the New Orleans author offhandedly mentions the four non-pork elements to the storied barbecue at the Skylight Inn BBQ in Ayden, but salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and Texas Pete are hardly trade secrets.
