Here's what's going on around the state legislature:  HOUSE FLOOR: The House will meet for a no-vote, skeleton session Monday at 5 p.m.  SENATE FLOOR: The state Senate meets at 4 p.m. to take up a bill to extend an income tax break. The bill is prelude to the Senate taking up its version of the budget soon.
