Ag leaders are telling Congress they want the benefits of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal now as low commodity prices continue to eat up profits.The only way out of low commodity prices is to increase demand and not pile on more regulations like the “Waters of the US” rule and GIPSA livestock marketing changes.
