Fayetteville City Council to weigh restrictions on farm animals

Roosters would be banned from Fayetteville's corporate limits, and residents would be unable to keep cows, goats and horses, unless they had yards of at least a half-acre, according to one city proposal. The Fayetteville City Council had been scheduled to weigh in on the proposal at Monday night's work session.
