It’s the biggest annual survey of farms done by the Ag Department’s Ag Statistic Service, it’s called the ARMS survey, it has nothing to do with weapons, or octopi, or squid.  In this case, ARMS standing for, “the agricultural resource management survey”.  And it is starting as we speak, and will go on for almost a year, this from Max Lord, with the USDA’s Statistics Service.
