WHAT: Learn about the U.S. and state laws affecting Farm Labor Contractors. Get questions answered, learn about your responsibilities as an employer and better understand the dos and don’ts of labor management and contracting to avoid fines and penalties.


Learn how to become a registered FLC and improve compliance with U.S. and state laws. Get questions answered and better understand the dos and don’ts of labor contracting in order to avoid fines and penalties.  


Receive training on worker safety and best business practices that will help you work successfully with your growers and workers.  Learn how to overcome those challenges of managing crew productivity and ensuring worker safety.
