Environmentalists, Duke Energy clash over coal ash air quality concerns

Environmental groups are worried about the air quality around a coal ash storage site in Chatham County, but a Duke Energy official said they are trying to scare people. A Chatham County official said samples taken by a Raleigh engineering firm don't exceed federal air quality standards.
