A chemical plant fire a mile south of Elizabethtown has closed U.S. 701 in Bladen County.
According to Twitter reports from county organizations, the fire is at Tiger Products, a chemical plant about a mile south of Elizabethtown.The fire was initially reported at 9:30 a.m.
