Limits on regulatory costs, recycling rollback clears Senate

Senators voted 30-15 Monday night in favor of a bill that would roll back the state's ban on putting electronics into landfills, block agencies from implementing high-cost rules and roll back other regulations. The regulatory reduction measure, House Bill 169, now returns to the House, where its future is uncertain.
