Randolph County commissioners voted Monday to sell the balance of land available in the West Randleman Business Park.
The Randolph County Economic Development Corp. (EDC) purchased a property tract in Randleman for development as a business park in 2000 with the goals of job creation and increase in the tax base in Randleman and Randolph County. The property was financed with a line of credit supported by multiple local banks.
