Reynolds agrees to pay fees in Lorillard complaint

Reynolds American Inc. said in a regulatory filing Tuesday that it has agreed to pay $215,000 in attorney fees and expenses to settle shareholder lawsuits filed in Delaware over its $29.25 billion purchase of Greensboro-based Lorillard Inc.
