Monsanto fails to dodge Roundup cancer allegations

A California federal judge on Thursday told Monsanto Co. it must face allegations from a consumer who claims its Roundup lawn spray containing glyphosate caused her to develop non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, saying such claims are not preempted by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.
