Butter doesn't increase risk of heart disease after all

Butter, that beloved fatty staple, has been slowly welcomed back into Americans' diets — and a new study finds it isn't as bad for our arteries as once believed. Americans are eating more butter than they have in a generation.And the latest diet evidence indicates that saturated fats aren't as bad for heart health as previously believed.
