Dominion North Carolina Power tells state regulators that it could add 210 megawatts of solar capacity to its N.C. grid this year. Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) had already told regulators that, looking at what has been built and what is under construction, its two N.C. utilities could add 810 megawatts to their grids this year.
