USDA releases its much anticipated August crop report at 11 a.m. on Friday, and the numbers could produce some big surprises. The agency may cut its forecast of Sept. 1 soybean inventories more than traders expect, while corn yields may not be as big as many fear.  Toss in potentially flooding rains over the next week, and lackluster markets could get interesting in a hurry.
