A small-farm outreach meeting, being held to inform farmers and landowners of programs that can provide financial assistance to their agricultural operations, is scheduled today in Elizabethtown. The Bladen and Robeson centers of the N.C. Cooperative Extension are presenting the meeting from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the Powell-Melvin Agricultural Service Center, 450 Smith Circle Drive.
