McCrory, Cooper lay out differences at business forum in Pinehurst

Pat McCrory and Roy Cooper each tried to persuade business leaders gathered in Pinehurst on Thursday morning that they deserve to be elected governor in November. McCrory, the one-term Republican incumbent, and Cooper, the Democratic attorney general, made separate speeches at the Summer Leadership Conference of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, held in Pinehurst.
