McHenry, Meadows flush with cash in U.S. House races

Western North Carolina's two incumbent U.S. House members are well ahead of their challenges in the money race, according to reports filed with the Federal Elections Commission. Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-Lincoln, pulled in $2.6 million from January 2015 to June 30 of this year and had $1.8 million sitting at the bank at the end of the period.
