Across Caldwell County every spring men, women and children make their way into their yards and gardens to plant tomatoes, lettuces and other produce. They care for it in an effort to provide homegrown food for their families and when there is abundance they often want to share the fruits of the efforts with others and the three farmer’s markets in Caldwell County give them the perfect opportunity to do just that.
