Clinton will speak Thursday in Charlotte, campaign officials announced Saturday. More details will be released later, campaign officials said. Also on Saturday, campaign officials said Kaine's "major national security speech" in Wilmington will take place at the Hannah Block Historic USO Building and Community Arts Center. The speech will be invite-only and closed to the public due to space constraints, campaign officials said.
