Gov. McCrory declares state of emergency after fuel pipeline leak

Gov. Pat McCrory declared a state of emergency Friday in North Carolina because of a leak in a major fuel pipeline in Alabama.
The average price of gas in Charlotte climbed another 2 cents Saturday night to $2.19 a gallon.    Prices across North Carolina rose to $2.15 and the average for a gallon of gas also jumped in South Carolina to $2.02 a gallon Sunday.
