EPA seeks quick win in bee advocates' pesticides suit

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday moved for a quick win in a California federal court lawsuit by a group of beekeepers, farmers and environmental organizations that accuses the agency of failing to regulate pesticide-coated seeds mortal to honeybees.
