2 N.C. polls show tight race for president

On the eve of tonight's much-anticipated presidential debate, two North Carolina polls give Hillary Clinton thin margins over her Republican rival, suggesting a virtual dead-heat. A High Point University poll out Monday showed the Democratic presidential nominee leading Donald Trump, 43 percent to 42 percent, among likely voters.
