With Matthew looming, McCrory issues state of emergency

The possible track of Hurricane Matthew, a Category 4 storm churning in the tropics, has been updated to include Southeastern North Carolina. And while officials still cannot pinpoint the track of the hurricane, Gov. Pat McCrory Monday afternoon issued a state of emergency for 66 counties -- including New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender.
