As harvest continues, trade policy is an important topic to keep in mind for farmers. The U.S. Grains Council says the pending Trans-Pacific Partnership will offer an avenue for increased global trade. The message comes at a time as U.S. farmers are harvesting another year of bumper crops. But the good crops mean lower prices.
