Last October, the patch of earth now home to the Southern Pines Riding School was a blank slate. There was no sign of the towering cobalt show barn surrounded by rolling pastures. Just 10 untouched acres with no running water, no well and no electricity.One year later, owner and operator Whitney Weston's dream is a reality, and on display Oct. 16 at the 2016 Horse Farm Tour.
