Wayne County taking care of livestock situation quickly

Wayne County, North Carolina was one of the hardest hit with flooding after Hurricane Matthew left the area.  The flooding in the area far surpasses that of Hurricane Floyd in 1999 says Wayne County Extension Director Kevin Johnson: "We’re at historic levels, I know that we’re at least a foot above where we were during Hurricane Floyd.  As far as Greene, Wayne, Lenoir, as far as the heavy rainfall, if you look at the data from Goldsboro from Clinton, Fayetteville down towards...
