Federal assistance available for farmers affected by Matthew

Over a week after Hurricane Matthew left the Tar Heel State, farmers are assessing and cleaning up, and considering their options as to assistance and recovery, either from the state or federal government. Bryant Spivey, Director of Johnston Co. Extension: “Absolutely.  When youave a major disaster like Hurricane Matthew, and the flooding and so forth that’s gone a long with it."
